Complaint against mr shub kant jain (subha kant jain din no:[protected], kalash dewan and bineet jha of shuble consultants and advisory (opc) pvt ltd, mobile: [protected], 11, 12, 13, 3rd floor, nayaks pride, bannerghatta road, bangalore-76,

1. it is intimated that i was contacted by mr bineet jha associate vice-president shuble consultants and advisory (opc) pvt ltd, mobile: [protected], 11, 12, 13, 3rd floor, nayaks pride, bannerghatta road, bangalore-76, on 25 dec 2015 and subsequent days and lured me into accepting their target oriented plan (top). the salient features of this plan as communicated by them were assured above 95% accuracy on consistent basis, 100% money back guarantee, take care of client account. so no loss with 100% money back guarantee etc.

2. mr shubkant jain & mr bineet jha had obtained my contact details from hbj capital where they worked earlier and having had bad experiences with hbj capital erstwhile company of mr shubkant jain & bineet jha and personally with mr shubkant jain in november 2014, i raised certain observations both by telephone and email.

3. to the above mr shubkant replied on 27 dec 2015 on telephone and mail and apologised for his behavior while with hbj capital and promised ethical conduct. copy of his email dated 27/12/2015 is as under:-

I personally promise you that you will not regret association with us. you will not have any financial losses and i take all responsibility along with bineet and you will have decent profits.
You will have all your trades with strict stop losses so that we follow a strict discipline and this indeed will help you not to have any long term losses at any point. i will take care of your entire trading portfolio.”


4. payment made: 25000/- on 28/12/2015 (registration 10000/- + 15, 000/- demat handling + 18, 000/- 30/12/2015 + 2600/- additional payment top on 29 jan 16+ 20, 000/- on 29 03 2016.

5. target oriented plan (top). my demat account was to be handled by mr bineet jha. barring the first few days, he has made me do the transactions despite charging me for the same for one year. the salient features were as under:-
(a) assured above 95% accuracy on consistent basis.
(c) 4-5 premium positional future calls per week and 1 paid call from nse per month.

6. combo investo plan (futuro investo + midio investo)

On 30 dec 2015 i was again approached by mr bineet jha to take up the plan ‘combo investo plan’ for a subscription of rs 16000/- for one yr. by mistake i paid rs. 18000/-. i requested him to refund the excess payment.instead of refunding the same he converted the plan into two yrs without my consent. since then i have not been receiving their reports regularly and they sent only on several reminders.
(a) features
• 1 script for midio investo and 1 script for futuro investo per month
• updates on important news & information.
• detailed reports will be provided for mido investo and futro investo recommendations only.
• small report will be given for corto investo recommendation.
• important global market updates.
• recommendations to be provided through email and subsequent follow ups to be done through phone.
(b) so far only four reports provided that too on reminders. these were syngene intl ltd on 03/02/16, indoco remedies for mar 16 on 24/04/16, vrl logistics on 01/06/16 & pi ind on 04/07/16.
(c) here also, they have violated the terms and conditions.

7. refund of subscriptions & losses. despite my repeated requests to pay back the subscriptions & losses as agreed upon & promised them they are not replying to mails and telephones.

8. customer service. there is no customer grievance redressal system, compliance officer, log in id facility, online chat facility, online quick support system at shuble consultants and advisory pvt ltd.

9. summary. you are requested to :-
(a) direct the company to refund my loss,
(b) ttake disciplinary action against mr shubkant jain, mr kalash dewan and mr bineet jha.
(c) bban this company like hbjcapital.
(d) take note of complaints made against the company on internet.
