Shuttl — Unfair Charges

Super Highway Labs Pvt. Ltd, is running the business of providing Shuttle (Brand Name Shuttl) to commuters in Delhi NCR. They are offering various plans to consumers . customer can Opt for the Plan according to the needs. Everywhere they have put the advertisement stating that AC seat, Guaranteed Seat and Fix Price Rs50/ trip. You can check website or any the Shuttl that are running across Delhi/NCR

I am availing Shuttl services Since Feb 1st 2017.

Recently in the month of May they have hike the price of subscription, which company can do according to their business requirement, however issue is with the reservation of seat policy. They are branding their business by suing tag lines Guaranteed seats, however I want to throw some light here that company is making a fool of commuters by asking money in advance, i.e. Shuttl Pass of Rs 1, 200/ will give 20 rides with validity of 30 days. After 30 days the pass will get expire and remaining rides will lapse if not renewed further. Even after paying the money in advance and commuter is making the reservation within stipulated time, company is cancelling the ride of the commuter by stating false message. Message specimen are at the end of the message.

Incident : I made a booking from Noida City Center to American Express, Sector 43, DLF Golf Course, Gurugram on 18th and 19th May, got the confirmation message from the company on my registered mobile number, however on the day of travelling company text me 10-15 minutes before that your ride has been cancelled due to breakdown of Vehicle. However I would like to mention that there was no breakdown of Vehicle as I have spotted the same Vehicle on the same spot at that same time. Further my many other friends whose rides didnt got cancelled went through same Shuttl.

When I tried to contact the customer care of Shuttl, I got a revert from customer care executive, TL Priyanka, and Manager Keshav Kumar, they all told me that company cancelled my ride as no seat was left to offer me. Bus was already sold out. This is the verbal communication and below SMS are written. Same company Two standards with one Objective of Cheating their customer and Loot him.

I asked them to refund my subscription money as you guys cant offered the Guaranteed, the way company has promoted seat its USP across Delhi/ NCR, even charging the customer is advance and cancelling the trip without any genuine reason. They have refused to refund my money and saying that they will deduct money as a penalty and the balance will be paid to me. I am unable to understand why in this case customer, i.e. me is getting penalized
for the mistake done at company end. This cheating is done repeatedly frequency is increasing and many other commuters are also getting cehated in the same manner.

I have drop them two mails one on 18th May and other on 19th May and company did not feel the need to revert them. No apology mail no customer hearing.

Looking for Justice and refund of my money.

Shuttl is offering a very poor service.
Today morning I booked shuttle for twice and was waiting at the pickup point but the shuttle didn’t stop.
It also happened several time I missed it 6 times, sorry to say but this is the pathetic service you are providing.

When we trust and book the shuttle, the bus just cross the point and the drivers didn’t even bother to stop.
We don’t have any communication, at least there should be contact number of the driver?.
