[Resolved] Shwas Homes — Fortuna tripunithura

I am thankappan remesan keerikkuzhy NRI british citizen. i saw an ad in the mathrubhumi online paper, 31 lakh fully furnished flat in tripunithura . it was a eye catching ad . i ask details to Mr Sachin sales manager . He gave the details 31 lakhs plus 14% statutory and registration exp.He calculated in my home and told and gave to my wife 3680000.including 1.5 lakh car park space. altogether. including all exp . there is nothing hide in his company . in this words i believe i am agree with him to buy a flat in tpra fortuna for my wife (all paperwork my wife name). he promise me 10 th April the key will be hand over.
the next day Mr sachin came to my home and collect the cheque 3 lakh as booking fee . the next he start to call me for registration and agreement to do quicly again i paid another 3lakh 50 thousand cheque for signing agreement.
on the same day the company's customer service call to my wife and said you have to pay more money to registration, then she ask how much is altogether . then customer service send a list it was 3840000 rupees .
it was not tally with Mr sachin's amount . so again i called sachin
Now he said he doesnt know about the customer service billing and amount.i gave an instruction to bank stop the second cheque .i inform to Mr Sachin about it
he agree with me he will cancell the agreement payback the money
i have all the chat and photo as evidence .
he told me to contact jophin the customer service manager . i called him and emailed him many of times . he told me i have to sign the documents for refund .
i ask him to please send the forms via email . i didn't get any reply
i called again to jophin, jophin pass the phone to his senior manager he told me that was booking fees cant refund that, he advice me to that 3x2 is not 4 bimistake Mr sachin said like that . what a responsible senior manager he is.
this is shwas homes experience for me i have lost my 3 lakh . with in few days . my wife dont know english, the senior manager said our signing agreement page back side said the booking amount have company law terms and condition .
now i would like to aproach consumer court against this, i have all documents . the cancellation is not from my mistake . its completely company reps mistake . will see what will happend
