Shwas Homes — Repayment Delayed - Not responding properly

Dear Sir, I paid 2, 50000 RS to Shwas homes as a booking amount for the Flat (Project Fortuna Flat 3B-1, Date :05/31/2014), I got the commitment (From the sales manager as well as sales representative) the company will refund the booking amount If I cancelled my booking with in 30 days . I reached the company multiple times through phone and my father Visited to their office, they refunded 1, 50000 in February 2015 (after 8 months) . Now I am calling the customer care and they are not responding properly . Kindly advice how I needs to proceed . Regards, Ramadas K

Dear Sir,

I Got the full settlement from Shwas homes, They paid me a post dated cheque (ICICI cheque ).

Their Customer care executive Jophin helped me to get the amount back . I could understand from him this was delayed because the flat was not sold to any one .

Thanks to Jophin and Shwas homes .
