Siddh Enterprise — cheated on dish tv box

A person name arpit from siddh enterprise have came to collect my set up box on 01/09/2917 with no. Dst [protected] and assuring that i ll receiving 1000 rs cheque in 15 days. But till date 25 days over no cheque received yet.
I have tried calling on their number
+[protected] many times but they are not picking up.

I have also attached the receipt provided by them to me.

Dear Sir, Siddh Enterprise have cheated to me. His Employee Mr. Jigar Patel have collected Dish TV set up box and Viewing card. He had given assurance that Rs.1000/= cheque will come at home address within a month. But till now did not received. I have receipt of same. Can you help me.
