Siddheswar Doyal — Complaint against faulty net banking transaction
It is to inform you that a sum of Rs.574/- towards payment of land line phone No.[protected] was made to BSNL online (through internet banking) on.28.12.2016. But the BSNL authorities have denied to have received the payment from SBI. In other words, the amount of Rs.574/- has not been credited against my BSNL a/c Account No.[protected] though the the payment to BSNL was confirmed by my Banker i.e.the State Bank of India (SBI) Bikash Bhavan (GOC) Branch (Bank code 7816), Salt Lake, Kolkata (West Bengal) regarding the transaction through SMS and also the amount of Rs.574/- has been debited against my SB a/c No.[protected] towards the transaction made online (Inter Net Banking). As a result, the out going call facility has been withdrawn from our land line phone No.[protected] by BSNL for non-payment of the amount on due date.. The SMS confirmation received on my Mobile No.[protected] from SBI Bikash Bhavan (GOC) Branch Kolkata (West Bengal) Kolkata is reproduced below -
"Thank you for using State Bank Internet banking. Your Transaction Ref No.IGAAMYWVA7 FOR RS.574ON 28-DEC-16".
Furthermore, the amount of Rs.574/- debited has been shown/reflected on my S/B a/c Passbook as under-

to[protected] BSNL Payment 574.00 -- 440.24
It is requested that the matter may kindly be inquired into and necessary arrangement may please be made to trace out the missing amount/ INB transaction made on 28.12.2016 and arrange to refund the amount by affording credit to my SBI SB a/c No. [protected] at the earliest.
