Siddhi Developers — Siddhi city, badlapur

Dear sir/mam,
I along with my relatives had booked flats in a project called siddhi city, located in badlapur east, four years ago. We have each deposited a payment of 95% of flat value to the developer Mr.Aggrawal of sidhitech developers located at sunshine towers in dadar east.
Despite our almost entire payment in four years only the foundation has been erected at the badlapur site for our alloted building. Balance towers have been completed by the developer for other people. On constant questioning all the builder says is that he either has not received our payment or that he does not have money to construct the building as of now. We are all middle class people and are in desperate need of help. Kindly guide us on the procedure for the same. We have complete allotment papers from his company and bank acknowldgements for the recipt of payment by the developer.
