[Resolved]  Siemens Home India — Completely dissatisfied with your washing machine service and refund needed for the 800 rupees paid

Hi siemens team,

I have a siemens washing machine. Machine number wm12a060in101.

I had called the service center for repair and they sent a service engineer on 18.04.2016.

The service engineer inspected the machine for less than 2 min and told that mother board and door lock need to be replaced and he coated an price of 12, 000 plus (Invoice no: 20669). I was completely shocked because the price was too heavy and he told that this is company standard?. He collected 800 rupees for his so called service?

Then two days later i got a call for siemens service center (Number:[protected] and told that the cost is 8000+ and he asked whether he can give the order. I told him that the price is too costly then he discontinued the call.

I called a person from local service center he charged me 1900 rupees. 1500 rupees for motherboard repair and 400 rupees for service charge and my washing machine is working as usual with no issue for past 1 month.

I want to ask you few doubts.

1) are you an company or trader gauging people mind and loot them. How come in few days your charge reduced from 12, 000+ to 8000+
2) i called the persons for repair and not for replacement
3) why should i pay 800 rupees for this half baked service?

I want a complete refund of 800 rupees which i paid to you.

Please let me know when will you send my 800 rupees.
