Siemens Home India — Dishwasher faulty
I bought a dishwasher in June 2020. Since a month, there is a problem; the dishes are not getting washed properly-there is a white deposit on the dishes. One technician visited in 24 October and added some descaling powder. This did not resolve the issue. I registered a complaint again. This time the technician said that the salt chamber is faulty and needs to be replaced. It has been more than 10 days and no answer from the service centre despite multiple follow ups and reminders.
This is frustrating. Buying a high-end dishwasher that goes non functional in 4 months and there is after sales service as well.
I want the company to replace the faulty dishwasher.
