[Resolved] Siemens Home India — dishwasher - siemens
I made a complaint for Dishwasher as it was not working properly. The engineer, Mr. Mulla visited on 1st June vide job card No[protected] . But problem continued . So I again lodged the complaint and engineer, Mr. Milind visited on 7th June 2019.
He informed that some part to be ordered which he said he has already ordered . He informed that on receipt of this part, he will visit again and rectify/repair the machine.
Nobody visited till date i.e. 21st June, that is after 14 days !!!
I in between again called up the toll number and she told that the complaint will be passed on .
I request you to take up the matter on the top priority .
Hoping that matter will be resolved immediately.
I would appreciate a line of conformation from end .
