[Resolved] Siemens Home India — dj appliances pune | |||
I had booked a dishwasher on 26th january 2018 by making a 50% advance payment. I was told that the delivery will take 30 to 45 days. It is now close to 3 months and i have not received my dishwasher. Moreover, despite repeated follow up there has been no response from dj appliances pune. They do not pick up the phone and emails go unanswered. I went to the show room on 15th and was assured that someone from their management in mumbai will call us on tuesday, 17th april. However, no one called. I now suspect that i have been defrauded as the show room is also closed now. I am now seeing multiple such complaints on facebook. What action is seimens taking against this dealer. I would like to file a police/consumer court complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
