The cordless device is having frequent issues right from date of purchase. I have asked the seller/dealer and customer support teams for help to replace the device. There is no proper response to the email queries. Also, there is no proper channel or dial-in numbers for customer support in india.
I would not recommend this product due to poor quality in product and service. The device was purchased on 28 may 2018 which has 1 year manufacturer warranty.
