[Resolved] Siemens Home India — no delivery of refrigerator | |||
Have booked siemens refrigerator on 18 january 2018. They promised me the delivery in a month but still not received the product. I have made 50% payment for it. Many times i wrote mail to djapl but no response. Its been 6 months now and like beating my head against the wall. Now i am asking my money back. Its clear case of cheating. I had also posted the complaint before and i had been asked about the my details which my husband shared. He was told that we will get delivery by end of may 2018. But again a false promise. Further without delivery or money back, my earlier complaint is marked as resolved. I am calling dj office. I tried on saturday and monday but no one is picking up.
