[Resolved] Siemens Home India — regarding installation and no response | |||
I dr n k yadav had purchased siemens washing machine and dishwasher in last week of february 18. Installation was done. I noticed leakage water from water pipe connections. I lodged a complaint. I was informed that complaint will be attended in 48 hrs. More than 72 hrs have passed, inspite of repeated telephone call there no response. This is poor service. Please get it attended. I had ordered a siemens X ray machine 8 months back but they failed to deliver machine, so that i cancelled my order 2 months back but they are not refunding my advance amount inspite of repeated requests, They are not answering phone calls also.Such a pathetic service and cheating in the name of reputed company
