[Resolved] Siemens Home India — sensofresh washing machine
Terrible after sales service. Bought a senso fresh washing machine last may. It is not even a year & requires a ring replacement. Even though the machine is under warranty they want 2000/- for the ring & 500/- as service charge. Don’t understand what is the warranty for then.
I have made endless calls to the showroom as well as the seimens call centre but the issue still remains unsolved. I placed the complaint on 7th jan & yet after 20 days there is no communication from their end
