Cheating being done by service personnel.
We have a siemens dish washer se25e259eu.
We had called mr. Hiren [protected] krishna enterprise (This no. Was given to us from your customer care previously). The dishwasher had some water leakage. He checked the dishwasher on 14th october and told that there is a problem in the motor and the motor cost is rs 8, 500 without gst and bill and 1 year warranty. On 16th when we asked with gst he said it would be +28%. When (Mrs daxa) from my office called him and asked that would be get siemens co. Bill of the motor. He said no it would be of his krishna enterprise. So he was told to wait and not change as we were doubting this. Hence we had called another technician. But still he came on 17th and changed it. When i told him why he changed it he said that from your place he was told to do so. I made him speak with daxaben and mad hue and cry. So he agreed to take it back. When i checked the motor. I was surprised to see that he had not changed it. It was still my old motor. (I have the photo of the motor which he claimed he had changed) then he gave excuse that he has changed 2 parts 1. Coil (Which i could see that it was rusted.) and 2nd a plastic peice on top. Then on the piece there was some part no. Written which was partially wiped out. So i asked that how come this new plastic part this part no. Is wiped out. Also the date on the part was mentioned of 2011. (I have taken the photo of the motor) so he started giving excuses. Then i told him to return my original parts which he had taken away. So he commited on 17th at 1:30 that he will return it by 4:30. So i called the other technician at 5. But hiren did not pickup the call nor returned our motor. So i had to send away the other technician by giving him the visiting fees. Again we tried to contact mr. Hiren on 18th and finally in the afternoon he did pick up the call at aroung 1:30 and he told that he will return the motor at 4:30. Again he has not returned it. I also told him that we have cctv footage that he has taken it and we can do a police complain against him and the co. But still he did not care.
So i have 3 grievances
1. He is fooling us by telling us about a wrong fault. Which actually never existed.
2. He wanted to encash 8, 500 rs in the name of putting a new part (Motor) and he is caught
3. He is not returning our motor
Would request u to urgently resolve the issue and take strict steps for all these mental harrasment and torture being done by him to siemens customers
