Service complaint (Register no [protected]) Registered on[protected], engineer visited on[protected]. Engineer inform the part of freezer damage and once oder will be available for replace in 7 to 8 days. Further we confirm the order same time. But till time neither call from co's person or engineer about status of order of part, till time freezer is non working in heavy summer season. Always we have to call to service engineer for what is the status of part, even though call via customer care though but till no response.
