[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Washer dryer - issue resolution only at the mercy of the branch | |||
Hi I am totally frustrated about the service that i get from siemens customer care. I had a problem with a brand new washing machine. I called up the customer care to complain against issue with the washer dryer. The technician visited &said that we need to replace some board. And i am waiting for almost 20 days & still the issue is not fixed. I have made couple of call to the customer care too & i don't get any responsible answer either from the branch or the customer care on when i will get the spare parts. Customer care tells me that there is no escalation matrix & we are at the mercy of the branch only against whom i had made a complaint couple of days back. I need some senior manager to call me & answer i'd i am at the mercy of the branch i don't have to spend so much to buy your product. I need the escalation matix or call from a person who has better control over the branch. And also the standard sla to get the spare parts. Pls note that i have not bought ifb just because the customer service is really worst. Now i see that siemens is more worst without even having an escalation matrix & the information on when the spare parts will come.
