[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Washing machine drive belt slip | |||
We have front loading fully automatic washing machine We purchased this from one of the leading outlets in Chennai --"VIVEK'S ". We were promised after sale service by Siemens. It was all well until the first reair which after service by Siemens service personnel resulted in requiring change of drum. For this the machine was taken to the service centre by the service personnel and after changing the drum a new problem arised. The drive belt slips and the machine is not running. When myself spoke to the service personnel and asked him why he is not in Siemens uniform, he said that we have got authorisation for service to various products and we cannot use uniforms. But the problem keeps repeating and the service personnel charges Rs. 500 for every visit and i have been paying this for 5 - 6 times in the past 4 months. Model no is E12.36. Please give us your authorised service centre contact details and please check with Viveks whether they have been rendering this service centre for customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
