[Resolved]  Siemens Home India — Washing m/c carton packaging in bad condition.

Dear Team,

I am attaching photos of the packaging of washing machine purchased couple of days back. The machine was put in some damaged carton which mentioned other model on it and the label on the carton was torn.

I am trying to get a resolution from the showroom i purchased since yesterday, but they are saying they will visit and have not yet come.
I would like to get an explanation from Siemens, before this machine is installed, why the machine was delivered in such a packaging. I am anticipating that this is a ageing stock or open unit which was kept in display.
Please take necessary action and provide resolution by giving new machine with proper packing.

I am also attaching the receipt of purchase done.

Expecting that this doesn't fall on deaf ears.
