[Resolved] Siemens — Siemens dishwasher- quoting heavy amount for spare part -just few months after warranty | |||||
I have a Siemens dishwasher.Warranty got over just 4 months back.For the last 2 weeks, water in the dishwasher doesn't get heated and water doesn't drain properly too.I registered a complaint with Siemens.Complaint no[protected] .A technician came and charged 800 Rs .After couple of days I got a call from them and now they are quoting 11, 600 for the repair and just 1 month warranty! This is 1/3 rd of the price of the product.I really didn't expect this from a company like Siemens.They are saying cockroaches have damaged the board! I can't spend 11, 600 for the repair, just after 2.5 yrs of buying it.They are cheating the consumers by quoting high amount for the spare parts.I would never recommend a Siemens product to any of my friends or relatives. Thanks for the reply.I can't spend this much for the repair, as the warranty got over recently.Kindly give me maximum discount for this repair.Bought this product because of the trust in Siemens brand and Pls solve the problem at the earliest.

Still waiting for the reply.This is not expected from a reputed brand like Siemens.Pls give me maximum discount for the repair as the warranty got over just 4 months back and repair the machine as soon as possible.Registered complaint about the repair nearly 23 days back.This is extremely annoying and frustrating
I didn't know that spare parts would cost this much.They came and repaired it but I had to spend 10, 000+800 Rs service charge.When we buy products like Siemens or Bosch it's always good to get extended warranty(even that is also costly)
Request to Siemens: We buy your products based on the trust.When there is a repair, we had to spend nearly half the value of the product for the repair !
Kindly reduce your spare parts cost so that consumers can buy Siemens products without fear of the repair costs.
