[Resolved] Siemens — Warranty denied for a washing machine bought before 3 months | |||
I bought a Siemens washing machine worth around Rs.30000/- and after 3 months its rubber gasket was seen torn off about 1 cm: as seen in attached photo, due to manufacturing defect.I was told that the machine had full warranty for 2 years when I bought it. But when I contacted the seller m/s Big C and the customer care they deny the warranty for the said gasket. Was this information helpful? | |||
