[Resolved] Siemens — Washing machine - installation not done | |||||
I have purchased siemens washing machine on 8th aug'16 and received the delivery on 9th aug'16. Since then i have been following up with your customer care number [protected] for the installation, installation lock number:[protected]. Each time i call, i am told the service person will call me and visit for the installation. I even tried your regional service center in pune, they do not have courtesy to talk to customer over phone. I am left with no choice if the installation is not done today, to return back the washing machine and buy from another brand which has better service. This poor service cannot be expected from a brand like siemens. Was this information helpful? | |||||
