[Resolved] Sightsavers — donation | |||
Hello, represetatives from sightsavers india contacted about a day back regarding donations. Due to miscommunication, i had agreed to pay, not realizing that it was on a per month basis. On realizing it i immediately i wrote a mail the customer support to cancel the same as i would not be able to donate that amount every month. I am not in a position to provide monthly basis. So clearly, my cancellation request has not been honoured. I do not know if it is the mistake on the part of the representative or sightsavers but i am facing problem neverthless. I had provided cancellation informaton well ahead in time and the user institution is supposed to honor the cancellation of ecs mandate. Jan 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Sightsavers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Sightsavers Customer Care's response The mandate has been deactivated & no deduction has happened from the donor’s account. Thank you. | |||
