Siliconhouse.net — Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Money deducted regarding unsuccessful transaction

Dear Sir, I have tried to add Rs 2992.77 from Net Banking (Retailer) of account no-[protected].Name- Hassan Basari to siliconhouse.net on 2nd Desember 2015 and my transaction got unsuccessful but money from my account got debited and still it don't get credited in my account.I just want my money get refunded in my account as soon as possible.
