Silvertech Solutions — misleading people and harassment without reason

I took an assignment from this company for a form filling work on 13th Sep 2019. The executive called from the number [protected]. I had to submit 600 forms in 6 days, i.e by 18th Sep 2019 which is OK. As per the instruction I sent my photo, digital signature and scanned copy adhaar card through whatsapp. I have filled up more than 300 forms. As per the agreement and instruction I was working on a single Sytem. On 16th Sep at night I was working on it and Suddenly the internet connection went off. Hence I did not get a chance to Logoff. As per the instruction I am supposed to log off everytime I finish the work or leave the system for sometime. I was following the same before that. But, this time I did not get a chance to logoff as internet connection got disconnected abruply. Which is not my fault. After the connection reinstated the login page appeared. I tried to login, but it shows the account is blocked. I could not contact the helpline number or the executive as it was out of their working hours. Next morning on 17th Sep i contacted the executive and narrated the entire thing. He gave me a number for the helpline ([protected]) as the helpline number ([protected]) given is the mail is not working. I called up that number and the person who attended the call was tremendously rude and not ready to listen to anything. He kept stressing that I have the pay the Server charges of Rs7999 else I will have to the registration amount Rs 4499. I also contacted the executive and asked for help. No one is ready to help. I called the helpline number several times, the same person answers the call and threating me of legal procedure and payements.

This the way this company is running the business and earning money by deliberately foolong the needy people who wants to earn something more by working from home. I am sure there are other people as well who has faced the same issue.

THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD PRATCTICE THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ON AN IMMIDIATE EFFECT AND LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
