Simplilearn — misrepresentation in website | |
When i registered for the course csm by selecting toronto location it showed me 699$. But after that my cc was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable and after which i called up simplilearn and they are saying its in usd but no where it was mentioned as usd in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same which is getting processed. Pfa the screen shots for the same.

Simplilearn customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 17, 2020 Simplilearn Customer Care's response Hey Dharani, we use the $ symbol for USD only and unless specified, CAD$ will not be the applicable currency. That said, we respect your concern and hence have approved the refund. The same will be processed as per the timelines shared by our team. Feel free to reach out to us for any further concerns.
