48 hours ?
It’s been more than 96 hours and still investigating ?
Seems like some murder mystery ?
No phone calls for 6 months, No follow ups or intimations, nothing… and now after complaining about the fraud and all this scenarios, today after 6 months they gave their first ever sympathy CALL = how is your course study going on ?
Punishment of one enquiry… I regret the day I made enquiry in March/April… never ever get in their trap of free trial, nothing is free, no rules explained, no clarifications given, no intimation of free trial starting/ending, no technical discussion about how was the free trial, do you wish to “switch from free to paid version” (forget the permission/authorization) nothing asked, directly some LOAN dumper from don’t know what third party name was that - New Bazaar Technology… and after that Finish, forget the
student, the online class people got their money, 7 days refund deadline crossed, now the poor people are trapped… I still don’t understand why will some one ask for refund if they had not authorized for payment ?
And if I had purchased any course which is way above my affordability level, why would I not attend lectures for 6 months ?
And why wasn’t there a daily/weekly/monthly deep technical discussions between teacher and
student if you call yourself such professional class people ?
Please accept that you have done Fraud in the name of Free Trial and now trapped us in loan,
It’s so heavy to digest that bank people are chasing us for missed EMI and late fee for a loan that we never intended to take and a class with don’t know what subject they have allotted in front of my name…
Just keep some humanity alive before looting people, at least ask them if they can digest this fraud, please keep some HUMANITY alive and please settle that fraud loan with bank directly.
