Sewing machine model SINGER Talent - 3321 puchased on 14th Aug 2016 from GIP Noida counter. At the time of purchase Mr Shyam Sunder assured us that service would be at par. We registered a complaint on 19th Aug 2016 via no 1002562 & confirmed that itwill be resolved within 72 working hours. Till date NO one has visited NOR picking upour calls. Mr Sunder attitude was worst over phone, he categorically told us I don't care.

If this class of services we are getting as a customer then We Feel CHEATED & Will loose our confidence & TRUST in Singer India Company.

Sir I purchese Singer sewing machine product code 25008 product sl no AK 22819 on 06 Sep 15.The supporting needle bar part broken . Please send representative to repsir it. Machine is on Warrnty. Sir it seams thst the material used is very low quality because the part does not break during the simple use . Machine operated by hand only.
