Hi, I am a registered dealer of Sionline Technomart Pvt Ltd Multi-sim recharge services. My Refund amount for the failed transactions have still not been refunded by the company even after 3 months and also sending Complaint mails on thier Helpdesk customer care email facility. No response have been given by the company and my money of Rs.280 is still not been refunded. This company has the worst service offered, Recharges fail most of time, Refunds dont come on proper time, virtual Balance doesnt get updated even after depositing money in banks, not satisfactory replys from helpdesk. I request this company to Refund my Pending Rs.280 of failed recharge transactions asap. I have all the details of the transaction which I will give once you reply me to this complaint. I request Consumer Forum to work on solving this issue asap. Thankyou!!!
