This is to inform you that my parcel from Saudi Arabia not reached on time till date.My parcel which I send on 06/09/2018 from sit ex international courier and cargo from makkah Saudi Arabia.The information which provided by the site staff that to be reached within 15 days from the date of delivery. now its already 3 months past and the contact number which is provide on receipt is not on service for your information my ID iquama number is [protected] and the weight of my parcel is 25kg and my customer ID number is 2552 .So please look into my matter waiting for you positive reply as soon as possible.

I sent a package of clothes from Makkah to Indonesia starting August 31, 2018 with the number: STCM: 2262 and October 1, 2018 with the number: STCM 2263 until now has not arrived. beg for explanation.

Madinah sitex cargo wheres my parcel with customer number 4871 until now not received in my home that was dated september 16, 2018 aircargo and up to this time being and date still not been delivered.please do some info its whereabout..and give me updates..please tell where it is now...i need the answer..its not easy to save and you never commit to your service...

Kindly contact [protected] - if you want to go in govt office for complaint, we all should go together or as u like to the Govt Muncipal/baldia makkah office with the receipts. The Sitex office was in Attibya near Albiak, its closed/sealed by muncipal. At surroundings, all Kerla people, not helping, just smiling, etc. Not giving any info.Some one told me atat now at the beside of the old this office, it is their new office now, but was also closed that time when i had visted there.

Any way, if the staff run-away, the company was registered by Kafeel name, and is sealed by Govt, so definitely they will respond, help and could bring them into contact.

Their home location i have, but not works exactly, the door of home could not trace exactly.
And my parcel reached in Pakistan now after 4 months, but SITEX not pay any thing to them as they informed me, but i had refused to pic it till -until if they compensate.

Only way go the the Muncipal/city buildia office and complain them, they will bring into contact to the Sitex owner. Even the staff run away.
Because their offices sealed by them so hopefully they will response.

Excuse me...i have an idea...here in madinah branch especially those customer who send parcel in this branch can we ask the whereabouts of the site staff if we ask help to the mobilr company like stc or mobily..by asking whats there new number or are they still here in saudi...is that posible...i have the number of the site staff and since they closed or unreachable..can we do that?...please lets all unite...maybe this way

My parcel id- AR 0492, it had booked in Saudi Arab in July 29, 2019 but still it wasn't revived yet after 8 months!
We dont know how " sitex international courier and cargo" works!?
Does it have any manager who can look for customer query in mail or phone?

Actually its a very bad company in service...
