Siti Broadband — Non activation of broadband services and no refund even after 01 month

Had registered for Sitibroadband services on 30/08/2016 with a promise of activation within 03 days, even after repeated phone calls to local distributor, company toll free number and mails, even to nodal officer, nothing has been done even after a month has passed by and not even a single proper response is being given by the company.My support ticket numbers. [protected] dt. 11/09/2016 / [protected] dt. 14/09/2016 / [protected] dt.16/09/2016 were given and even sms were received that problem has been sorted out. Otherwise I am happy that I saved myself taking a service from such a bad company who doesn't have any customer support .
