Siti Broadband — Slow speeds and packet loss from past one month

Speeds have been halved from past 1 month. My subscribed plan is connect_60 but the maximum speed i am getting currently is 30. This is coupled with constant packet loss upto 10% and even 30% in every games that i play. The service has deteriorated significantly. And also the customer support is close to inexistent.
