[Resolved] Siti Cable — amount was deducted but booking was failed

Dear sir,
I have recharged my STB through siti digital cable site QUIK RECHARGE and payment from Paytm date 6/04/2020 on VC no:-[protected] amount 338.91 my amount has been deducted but STB has not activated till date, I have call many times to the customer service but no use no help from those without giving any information disconnected my calls please activate my STB or refund my amount

Nothing was resolved my issue, I have didn't get any call or message from siti digital cable and not even refund how can you update that issue was resolved

Updated by naseer094 Still not resolved issue without resolve the issue you guys how will you mark as a resolved the complaint. Without taking any action I have not got my SBT activated or not any refund
