I had recharged my cable tv, vide vc number [protected] and subscriber id: 16359400 on 12th july 2020 by payment of 346.45. However no channels came in tv and showed error 140: no account balance. It is continuing since then and by this time already 25 days passed. On trying to complaint in local number [protected], which said number not in service. We have been trying the helpline[protected] but after connection people are not attending to our calls.
In this situation we request you to refund our money and let the cable operator be cautioned for cancellation of license, if they continue their service to customers like this. Was this information helpful? |
