I can't access all the channels displayed. I always get an error 'service not authorized'. I am paying every month but can't watch all the channels. English movie channels are from 8-10 but i can watch only 4 of them. I can't watch &flix and i want to see it desperately. Please solve this problem as fast as possible. I will be very grateful to you.

Hello siti cables I want to know my vc number because I want to register in my siti app I try in menu of siti cables and go to set top box information it show everything but did not show vc I write card number but it did not register.
I try a lot I found everywhere in set top box.
But i did not found please help.
