Siti Cable — i'm complaining about siti cable operator cut my cable line before date of expiry of my recharge

Siti cable network is a thief. I had recharged 0n 14 may 2020 through online but today (17.05.2020) siti cable operator cut my cable tv. I had recharged for 1 month but only 3 days running. I have try to contact my nearest cable operator but they doesnt give any response. What the # is going on. My card no.[protected]
Plzz look into my matter.
