Siti Cable — no support... misleading

I am complaining regarding siti cable bangalore yeshwanthpur.

1) heavy charges... Misleading advertisement
2) no bills provided
3) service not given properly
4) escalation matrix does not work
5) call center's don't work properly
6) there is attitude shown by lco to us... You can complain anywhere but we won't be affected

I am contacted them several times but of no use

Now i want to cancel n get the refund of my payment made to set top box n march recharge.

As in march we did not get the service for whatever we paid.

Please help or atleast redirect us.

I mean done with siti cable now
