Siti Cable — paid subscription amount yesterday. broadcast not starting

Paid subscription amount yesterday (11.08.19) even raised complaint yesterday itself regarding the error 120 and services not started. It was conveyed to me that with 24 hrs my complaint will be resolved.
But when i again called up, again they told me that my complaint will be resolved in next 24 hrs..
How many 24 hrs do they need to start my services.
If this continues will they refund my subscription amount back or continue like that. Eating up customers money without offering services.
