[Resolved] Siti Cable — wrong account balance showing

I have a cable connection from siti.
I stay in sector 9 faridabad haryana.
My total package price for the channels i have selected is rs 260 which i paid in advance.
Now when i see my account details on their my siti app it is wrongly showing a balance of rs 447 in my account. I want this balance to be removed from my account. This is cheating from siti cable
