Siti Digital — card not activated even after successful recharge.

I have done my recharge on 3 april 2020 on their site which is sitinetworks.com. But even after successful recharge my card is not activated. I have talk to their customer care multiple times but they are just giving an excuse that we have forwarded your request and issue will be resolved in 1 hour. But it's been a whole day but my issue is unresolved. I have mailed them on their site but they are just saying to wait.
I can't wait anymore i have to watch t. V.
