kyuki koi bs koi jyada hai shayad company ki success k piche hath dhokar pad gaya gai jo bs copy paste kar raha hai apne review ko baar baar taki company ko problem face karni pade par woh shayad woh yeh nahi janta ki agar itna tym woh kahin apne career par de toh shayad uska career ban jaye and i beleive on company apke upar trust karke bahar se yaha aya tha or ab mujhe koi tension nhi hai sirf apki hi wajha se main ek acchi civil company main joi kar paya hu otherwise to jahan jao wahan ya to vacancy nahi hoti thi ya fir kisi ka refferenc mangte hai but jst because of SJHR Pvt Ltd main company main work kar raha hu or chahta hu ki aap aise hi acchi opportunities deti rahe or kisi ko dusre sehar se akar problem na face karni pade

I received a call from SJHR ...a lady was there who is offering me a job in a company...I said ok ..she was telling tomorrow is the interview for production and maintainance ..than I asked any registration charges she said no ..I think thats very good ..but I know SJHR is taking regestration charges something around 1000 ...when I asked where is the interview she said in Nirman vihar, Delhi...when I said Nirman vihar m kaun si company hai mechanical ki ..she cut the call without answering my question.
So I want to say this is the rude behaviour by that lady ..this is not the way to disconnect the call without giving me the answer.

so don't waste your money and time...they will call you, will take interview then will ask for 1200 hundred as security and refundable but will never refund?they have pre-planned excuses for your query and complaint...and lastly u will be tired and you will stop asking for job and money!

Mai bhi aj se 2 saal phle gya tha mera bhi usne interview liya mujse kha gya tha k koi charge nhi h m 200 km door se delhi aya.. phle unhone mera written test liya jisme mere pas koi nhi tha ye inki trick hoti h jisse bnda net se search krke sare ans dede!! Mere dimag ki ghanti baji or office ki halat b bhot poor thi m smjh gya aaj m fas gya muje bs niklna tha wha se mne written to dediya usme janbujh k galat ans likh diye fr mera interview k lye us moti si mam ne cabin me bulaya mujse questions puche mne ek ka b ans thik nhi diya!!! Fir mere se vo khti h tumhara technical to weak h lkin tumhare marks thik hai.. muje lgta h tum tyari kr ke achha kr skte ho mai tumhara resume forward lr rhi hu congratulations u are selected mai.. m khush ho gya wah bina paise liye fir kuch der computer me meri details dalte hue khti h mne tumhari details company ko forward krdi h salary hogi 25k ctc and 21 inhand ... Mne kha ok mam lkin fr khti h aap 1000 ka registration krwa lo!!! Ab to apki job pakki mera shak sach nikla mne kha mam paise to nhi h mere pas khti h paise to jma krne pdenge wrna company accept nhi kregi mne kha mam aap mera offer letter dedo m 2000 b de dunga... Khti h sorry koi bat nhi m uth k jane lga fir wapas bulwati h khti h achha 500 rs jma krdo mne kha mam mere pass sirf 200 rs h khti h ok jma krdo abeeee !!! Sabji h kya... This is a fraud company guys, please don't fall in their trap. They contacted me around July 2017 saying that they had a job offer for me (Civil Engineer) and asked me to come to their Nirman Vihar, Delhi centre. But I did background check on company and turns out it was fraud. I urge you not to fall for such recruitment companies.
Here are few steps you can use to check if company is fraud or not.
1. Check their email id. If email ID has domain name of gmail, its most probably fake. eg SJHR's Mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com. No self respecting company uses gmail ID, Instead they have their own domain names eg. [protected]@dlf.in
2. Never contact any recruitment agencies, contact company directly instead and talk to their HR team if possible.
3. Never pay any fees in form of security deposit, processing fees etc. ( even if they are refundable).
4. Scrutinize their receipts, documents, emails for spelling errors. No self respecting and legitimate company will do spelling mistakes.
5. Never believe in any oral agreement, they will refuse with a straight face later on.
Be safe guys and remember If a job offer is too good to be true, it is probably isn't.

Dear friends, SJHR is a company of making fools to unemployed persons. They are charging money for not because of giving job but for making us fools & we are also chutiyaas jo inhe paise de dete hai.
My suggestion is that please don't go to these companies which are getting money. You have got ability to find job by your own. Your parents have invested upon you during your graduation so don't lose your hope & be ready to work hard and please make your English communication better. Then you will get everything you deserve. You all are my brothers. SJHR is a fraud.

Doston main b apna experience apko btata hu mera b placement yahin se hua hai or mujhe b bulaya tha interview k liye or mujhse jb b baat hoti hai or woh kafi acche se mujhse baat karti hai or main ACE Ltd main job b kar raha hu or mere dost b kahin na kahin par yahi se placement lekar job kar rahe hai oe kafi acche se kar rahe hai woh b unoi ki hi refference se kar rahe hai,
