Skoda — booking refund unpaid | |||
I had cancelled my skoda booking, since i was travelling onsite. Its been more than 20 days i havent heard any news from them. I have made an effort to visit the showroom multiple occasion, however the sales rep "manoj" from bangalore "mekri circle" branch has given an excuse that the head of the showroom is not available, hence there is a delay. Further recommended us to contact them via mobile number "[protected]". However never answers the call when contacted. Need you intervention in getting the booking amount refunded completely Note : i have paid 25000 as my booking amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
