Skoda India — No resolution from a reputed company for more than 15 days

I want to bring upto your knowledge my first ever experience with Skoda India. As claimed by you the trusted brand in India but for me it is the most untrustworthy experience. On 1st of February 2022, I took test drive of skoda kushaq from dehradun dealer, and the employee Mrs Akansha Bhatia was very keen to collect booking amount from me. I very clearly told that I have already booked VW Taigun but it is not delivering to me on Feb14, 2022. Then how were they would be able to deliver me the car on Feb 14 2022. But the employee was so keen to collect the booking amount from me that she said the car would be available in dehradun by 14 Feb, 2022 and if in case I am not interested to purchase the car, then also the amount is fully refundable. So I booked the car on the assurance that employee gave me.
The dealer kept me saying till 12th feb that i will surely get the car by 14th Feb. But entire promise was fake. They were knowing the exact position but they fooled me upto Feb 12. Finally on 15th February I claimed for my refund, but they kept me waiting till 9th March 2022 giving me number of reasons. And on 9th March, they issue me a cheque of Rs 22000 only against the mutual agreement between us.
I then made a complaint to Skoda India but till date no resolution is provided. In between I personally met Mr Manoj Sharma (sales head) on 24th of march 2022who accepted that its our employee mistake but amount can't be refunded. I have been telling him what my mistake or any customers mistake if you are clearly telling that the amount is fully refundable and then deducting Rs 3000. I told that I have the proofs in the form of messages exchanged with Mrs Bhatia and will escalate the issue further, The gentlemen then unprofessional replied and said "karlo aapko jo karna hai".
Today on 26th February 2022, when I again called the CRM Mrs Tanuja and sales executive Mrs Akansha Bhatia and also Sales Head Mr Manoj Sharma, they are excepting that it's a mistake on the part of Mrs Akansha Bhatia but money can't be refunded.

Sir, now I would like to ask what's my mistake in all this.

I have been asking for my money since Feb 15 2022, and they are continuously assuring that they are working on it but they deposited Rs22000 cheque in my account as per the conversation with Mrs Bhatia.

Why is Skoda Dehradun providing service like this.

This is extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy and a kind of mental harassment for getting our hard earned money back.

And even after escalating the issue to the SkodaIndia, the staff is least considered regarding the issue.

I have tried to explain everything possible in this message.
I request you to look into this matter seriously and give me the solution.
