[Resolved] Skoda India — pathetic service and harassed by skoda india
I have been seeking help from skoda india since last year and asking for proper assistance but non of the staff contacted me before 20th april2018 i have called to customer care more than a 50 times, emails more than50, several tweets and several times i have requested for a call back but no one has contacted me out to their negligence my car condition has deteriorate day by day but when i approached to social media for the first time skoda india representative has contacted me and told to me stop tweeting we will find a alternate solution since we don't have presence in your city. Snd just to keep on record they had visited the technician on 29 the but they can find the actual issues and return back after few hours. And my car remains as earlier. After emailing to skoda india ceo i haven't got a proper response now they are again sending their technician but before sending they are telling that we are not guarantee that we will find the issues after finding the issues also they will not fixed my car here we have to send it to kolkata but my question to skoda india where was your customer care head and representative for this many days and why your service center doesn't allow my car to the service center and after complaining against them wgat action you all have taken and why at that time you have arrange a service for me and for you negligence my engine compressor can be down who will be going to bear that cost if my engine compressor is down.
Stop fooling the customer. You need to work hard on service and customer care other the day will be soon you gave to shut down your business in india
