Skoda India — Regarding Wrong commitment and non Delivery

I am Nisha, I have booked for Skoda Kushaq Ambition Classic 1.0 MT on date 22 September 2022 with dealer - Eminent Skoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

As the upcoming festival Diwali is an auspicious one we have asked the dealer beforehand to deliver the car by 20th Oct 2022 and then only we will take further for booking the car. And so Skoda Executive has committed to deliver the car by 20th October 2022. But as they got the booking confirmation booking amount from us and also loan sanctioned, now they are denying of car delivery by 20th October 2022. This is very disheartening that once they got the booking done and so now denying of their own commitment simply stating that won't be possible for them to deliver by 20th Oct 2022.
