Skoda India — service related query

I visited the autobahn goregaon work shop with my skoda laura mh 04 eh 6971 on the 10 of this month with an appointment i had to wait for the advisors and managers to have thier lunch around 3 where in i suppose the lunch timings are 1-2 also i requested to get water to drink but i wasnt provided with that had to go out buy a bottle and come also i was told would get the estimate in a days time but two days and i am contacting the advisor bhagwan at goregaon workshop he is just procrastinating the work and saying m sending the estimate. I want to know why people can’t do things what they say i was told would get things done but no proper response is given to me also by customer service executives i have been placed on hold for ages and no one comes back to me.
