I am back again; as I think I am your very valuable customer of Skoda who had purchased the vehicle Just a 1 year back and coming to you with lots of problem in the same. I hope you had not forgotten me.

1) Glove box is still making Noise and now please change the same to the earliest with this mail intimation please take prior approval for the same as I will not be able to give the vehicle for so many days.
2) Please find the pics of AC vent front side attached along with; and please suggests what should I do it to it.
