Dear team,

We had coolant leaking problem and got car delivered by skoda on 24.06.17 via invoice number del[protected], jobcardno 001205 from aryaveer motors pvt ltd 62ramaroad, najafgarh industrial area moti nagar new delhi. 110008

Major repairs were done like replacement of waterpumpwithgask, repairkitfortooth, flowstraightener, coolantadditive oem + some other parts.
We got car delivered around 3.30 pm via skoda driver on 24.06.17.
Just after run of 15-20 km on 26.06.17 monday morning car haulted on road and we have to send the same to workshop via crain as excel of car had broken. Me and my wife were in the car and just took one simple u turn, road conditions are very good at that particular place.
Now we have talked to mr. Tarun of aryaveer, according to him skoda has rejected my warrenty claim due to negligence, i have taken u turn sharply and gone in some bad road. He said excel has broken, car has run around 39160 km only
Already 7 days have passed car is still in workshop and we got intimation today that part cannot be changed due to negligence as declared by surveyor rohit, who failed to understand the situation, we also requested that surveyor should visit site whether car had halted. We are attaching photos were car has halted.
I request skoda company to provide this part free of cost as per skoda warrenty of 5 years or 1, 00, 000 km which ever is less as promised by the skoda at the time of buying the car.
