[Resolved] Skoda India — very poor service and handling of complaints

I am using car in pune (Been serviced twice in viraj skoda shivajinagar in pune and repaired once for stray accident by another faulty driver in viraaj skoda baner branch)
Date 04/05/2018 time : 5.00 pm place : nsg it park aundh pune
Yesterday my skoda rapid (May 2015) model wouldnt start after i put ignition while my office finished. Realizing it may be battery problem i called your latest toll free number[protected]. Csr was all confused as usual as our car is financed through defence canteen stores and in name of my father
Csr informed that roadside assistance is over and i will have to pay. I agreed and waited for an hour to send me the link on mobile or email. I had already cleared with him to send me on my mobile so that i can proceed
Realizing that this is going nowhere i decided to call skoda baner branch so that if they can send in somebody to check as it was near to my office in aundh pune. They gave me a toll free number (Your previous one, very good service advisor is not aware of the changes in your toll free number) i informed them that i have already spoken to roadside assistance on your toll free but on good faith if they can help me as they are very nearby in baner pune. They then gave me an exide battery number which was out of service (Wonderful help again out here)
I called viraaj skoda shivajinagar too so that if they can help me out (After all they fleeced me 29000) in the name of service in these two years but nobody picked up the phone again (Around 6.30 pm)
Fanatically searching for some help somebody in nearby petrol pump told me that there is battery shop of exide nearby and they replaced my battery with new one and was reluctant to take a paisa more i had to forcibly put 100 rs in that mechanics pocket.
Around 7.38 pm someone from mumbai called that i was having problem with my car. I said its done now thanks for calling and i will complain
1. There is something called as good faith which was clearly absent (Viraaj skoda service center pune). You take 15000 per service and reluctant to help customer in dire need of emergency. Roadside help refusing to take the money inspite of helping me everyway he could
2. Whats the point of bragging and service in-charge managers giving their cards when nobody helps when you need the most
3. What kind of service they do when call in car after one year. Why was this battery problem not picked up. Why didnt car show battery red light if its charge was failing on dashboard
3. Not updated about latest change in toll free numbers
4. Absolutely poor quality of help and service displayed by skoda
T is your policy to not repair minor scratches and paint abrasives. Viraaj skoda denies it they never ever touch up those minor scratch marks or paint abrasions in servicing. Also car is never washed thoroughly is what i have observed.
Now i want written course of action from you to how to mend this sour situations in future. What actions you guys are going to take for this faulty service
Tomorrow god forbid if i am in some really really bad situation.. Are you people going to help or leave me stranded way you did yesterday evening
I am not leaving this complaint here i will be taking this to your ceo and all international forums
Further more i am not going to advise anybody to buy skoda
I am really dismayed by the behavior of such servicing
